Physical Healthiness in one of the five roots of Ranelagh. To encourage this the school council are modelling daily exercise first thing in the morning. Studies show that with a healthy breakfast and a burst of exercise first thing in the morning kick-starts your metabolism, gets your heart pumping and may help lower your blood pressure.making people more alert and ready fir the day ahead.
