The school has created a nurturing environment where every pupil is welcomed, cared for, and well-educated, including a high proportion of pupils with special educational needs (SEND) who are fully involved in school life.

Staff and Leadership

  • Professional Development: Staff benefit from "planned opportunities for effective professional development," and they "value this as well as the efforts made to manage workload and well-being."

  • Responsive Leadership: Staff "swiftly resolve any worries or concerns that pupils might share," resulting in relationships that are "trusting and positive"
